Production time for framed canvases typically ranges from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the quantity of orders.
Occasionally, certain canvas sizes are limited to quantities of 4, 2, or even 1. This limitation ensures that production times remain efficient for all artists.
We attach the hardware and wire landscape so that there is enough wire for portrait if you choose to swap it over. Our stock items like rescued frames are often square, if not we hardware the as landscape because they are boxed and stocked rather than made to order.
If you are very keen on Portrait hardware please make a note when ordering and we will change them on your made to order canvas.
Some of our smaller canvases like 15cmx15cm and 20cmx20cm have hardware provided but not attached, this is mainly because at that size many artists don't use the hardware or find it challenging on the easle.
Yes, we offer a variety of custom sizes. Most of our custom canvases are sold through invoiced orders. If you need a specific size, please email us, use the contact form, or send a direct message through Instagram.
Our canvas is unique due to its triple priming, drum-tight stretching, and perfect squaring. Each frame is meticulously hand-finished to ensure flawless corners and no splinters. We protect our canvases with a 2mm foam sheet, bubble wrap, and a custom-made cardboard box that provides four layers of corner protection. This packaging can be reused to send your artwork to collectors, maintaining your personal brand without any White Queen branding.
We do not offer aluminum stretchers. Aluminum production, especially from bauxite mining, is highly toxic and environmentally destructive. Instead, we provide timber stretcher bars, which are more environmentally friendly and capture carbon within the timber.
We offer flat fee shipping on most of our canvas and subsidise the rest, that is the best discount.
Artists all know the value of flat fee shipping for canvas, canvas shipping is expensive, even if you ship thousands of canvases.
All of our canvases are hand made to perfection, we never build discount quality canvas.
