*Regional Freight
At White Queen Canvas we take pride in offering high quality hand stretched canvas with custom hand made floating frames, individually boxed for shipping. Our shipping methods are designed to provide the safest delivery of your professional artist canvases. We partner with the biggest carriers in the country and can anywhere in Australia and internationally. We aim to provide transparent and affordable shipping costs, giving you peace of mind when making a purchase.
Flat fee shipping is usually fixed but we often offer free shipping when we negotiate short term discounts with carriers. Standard shipping costs are: Large Canvas $59, Medium Canvas $39, Small Canvas $29, Mini Bundles $19, there are also flat fees for Extra Large and Over-sized canvas.
At White Queen Canvas, we understand the importance of secure packaging. Each canvas is carefully wrapped and boxed to protect it during transit providing you the opportunity to re-use the packaging to transport your artwork to your collectors or galleries. Our commitment to quality definitely extends to our shipping boxes and Carriers

* If you live in a regional, remote or on-forwarding shipping zone you may need to pay additional charges for freight as of 1st of May 2026. If you live in a regional zone, once your order is made you will receive a call regarding regional rates and a new freight invoice, regional rates have been absorbed traditionally however these rates have skyrocketed in 2026 and can no longer be covered, additional fees range fro $34 to $110 depending on the order size and region. If you don't want to pay the additional fees you can have a refund for your purchase. If you want to Pay it all at once just call and Ill issue an invoice for the entire order and additional freight charges.
Return & Exchange Information
Our return policy is designed to give you confidence in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your canvas, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process so long as the canvas has not been used and can be returned in its original packaging. Whether you've changed your mind or received a product that doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help.
We believe in simplicity and transparency. Our aim is to make the process as smooth as possible for you, and we are so confident in our product that we'll even send you a booking number and shipping label for the return.
